The fan has one year's guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be according to client's feedback. Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.

4. How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
