RAD-140 (Testolone) is a nonsteroidal selective, that resulted from an internal drug discovery program that began in 2005. RAD-140 has demonstrated potent anabolic activity on muscle and bone in preclinical studies and has completed 28-day preclinical toxicology studies in both rats and monkeys. Because of its high anabolic efficacy, receptor selectivity, potent oral activity and long duration half-life, we believe that RAD-140 has clinical potential in a number of indications where the increase in lean muscle mass and/or bone density is beneficial, such as treating the weight loss due to cancer cachexia, muscle frailty and osteoporosis
Sr90 09, which is currently under development at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI), increases the level of metabolic activity in skeletal muscles of mice. Treated mice become lean, develop larger muscles and can run much longer distances simply by taking Sr90 09, which mimics the effects of aerobic exercise. If similar effects can be obtained in people, the reversal of obesity, metabolic syndrome, and perhaps Type-II diabetes might be the very welcome result.

RAD 140 may protect the brain against amyloid-beta plaques that cause Alzheimer's disease. Users claim it improves sleep and sexual performance, but no studies back this up.

4) Weight Loss

They are known to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat.

Only one study in monkeys looked at RAD 140 's effects on muscle and fat. Although it increased lean muscle, the effect on body fat was unclear .

However, the study did find that RAD 140 improves cholesterol levels. Additionally, a higher muscle mass can increase energy use to further promote fat loss .

According to limited evidence, RAD 140 might support weight loss by improving cholesterol levels and increasing muscle mass.
