High intensity magnetic separator is applicable to laboratory separation of hematite,martite,limonite and siderite embedded with smalls and to the processing of some rate metallic mineral.If features a large magnetic force area,good processing capability,the magnetic medium acted by toothed plate and high magnetic field intensity and magnetic needle field grdient and is quite useful in tests of low-grade oxydic iron ore,and its good separation index makes it quite effective in lab separation of manganese ore,beachplacer,wolframite,tin ore,glass sand and phosphate ore.
 

Application

It is mainly used to separate magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasting ore, ilmenite, and other materials, coal, non-metalliferous ore and building materials such as iron-removal operation of materials. The magnetic separator is working together with elevated slurry mixing bucket. And the magnetic density can be adjusted to be 1250Gauss.

Working Principle

The drum of magnetic separator with open magnetic system is installed inside, when ore slurry is fed  from the feeding box, the magnetic separator quickly sorts out magnetic ores, then magnetic ores are absorbed on the surface of magnetic drum under magnetic force, by magnetic stirring, to get rid of the sludge, finally magnetic material rotates with drum, and unload by water flushing, then discharge from magnetic concentrate outlet.
