Description
RAD 140 is a nonsteroidal selective androgen receptor modulator, or SARM, that resulted from an internal drug discovery program that began in 2005. RAD 140 has demonstrated potent anabolic activity on muscle and bone in preclinical studies and has completed 28-day preclinical toxicology studies in both rats and monkeys. Because of its high anabolic efficacy, receptor selectivity,potent oral activity and long duration half-life, we believe that RAD 140 has clinical potential in a number of indications where the increase in lean muscle mass and/or bone density is beneficial, such as treating the weight loss due to cancer cachexia,muscle frailty and osteoporosis.

Function
1. RAD 140 is a novel SARM with high affinity and specificity for AR, is orally available, and exhibits potent anabolic effects in rodents and nonhuman primates.[2] in vivo: The stability of RAD 140 is high (t1/2 > 2 h) in incubations with rat, monkey, and human microsomes, and it also had good bioavailability in rats and monkeys.
2.RAD 140 is also neuroprotective using the rat kainate lesion model.
3..RAD 140 is shown to exhibit peripheral tissue-specific androgen action that largely spared prostate, neural efficacy by
activation of androgenic gene regulation effects, and neuroprotection of hippocampal neurons against cell death caused by systemic administration of the excitotoxin kainate.

Application
The optimal dosages range from 20 to 30 milligrams (mgs) per day.  However, there is one drawback - due to a very short half life, you will need to space it out throughout the day for the best balance of the active substance in the body.  Thus, it is best to use stenabolic every 2-4 hours, depending on the exact dosage used.  For example, when the daily dosage is 30 mgs, you can take 10 mgs every 4 hours.
Up to now, no side effects have been observed with **, so it may be seen as an extremely safe compound. Moreover, just like in the case of other SARMS, ** is not liver toxic, but there is a need for liver supporting supplements when using it.  N2Guard at 3-5 capsules per day will be sufficient liver and kidney support.
