1.Galaxy rainbow holo metal flakes are made by the hologram effect reflecting the rainbow-shaped light and changes color depending on the angle with light. 
2.Holography occurs when light waves are recorded at different angles, resulting in a three-dimensional image being reflected from a two-dimensional surface.

Steps to use holographic nail pigment:
1. Apply base coat first. Cure under a UV light for 1 minute or an LED light for 30 seconds. 
2. Apply basic color gel polish (any color is OK, black color is better ), cure with UV lamp for 2-3 minutes or cure with LED lamp for 60 seconds. 
3. Apply the no clean top coat. Cure under a UV light for only 10 seconds (Important). 
4. Use Sponge stick to pick the powder and apply it onto your nails. Rub the powder on the nails and cure under a UV light for 1 minute or an LED light for 30 seconds. (Repeat the step untill you're satisfied with the effect) .
5. Seal it with no clean top coat. Cure under a UV light for 1 minute or an LED light for 30 seconds.
