integrator which is innovated following the process requirements of filling beer based on the importing and
assimilating the foreign advanced technology. It is applied mostly in washing, filling, and capping plastic cap
for beer, water and soft drink. It is the perfect selection to a large or medium-size brewery due to its reasonable
configuration, security of operation, dependability of running and its so convenient maintenance.
Advantage
1.Compact design with advanced external filling valves, realized the true sense of isobaric/counter pressure
filling method and the machine is all-mechanical transmission, which basically reaches zero failure rate.
2.Filling part:
After two times of vacuuming and carbon dioxide flush, the filling is completely isostatic.The external filling valve
is on the outside of the beer tank. Compare this with the internal filling valve in the beer tank, external filling vale
will not touch the beer and avoid the beer pollution. Otherwise, the external valve opens and closes through
mechanical pressure, it can realize real isobaric filling and reduce the generation of air bubbles.
3.Capping part:
The capping part can be designed according to the customers demand on the cappers about capping,we
replaced the pneumatic cover with a mechanical cover,the quality and stability of the gland are improved.
4.Foaming decive:
Equipped with foam device according to customer's requirements high pressure water injection to push out
the air of the bottle neck to keep the beer quality.
5.Wine tank
Good quality high precision poshing can reach to 0.2um. Non-dead corner design to make the cleaning step
easy eachieved , make sure your beer good quality.
