This machine is mainly used for carbonation of various aerated beverages, such as lemon, cola, Sprite, juice, etc. It is the main equipment in the complete set of equipment for the production of aerated beverages.
The diameter of mixing tank is 400mm. The plate thickness is 3mm. And the plate, pipe and valve parts are all in 304 stainless steel.

1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.

The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.

When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation and 3 daily hot meals.

2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.

 

1. Warranty
All parts are under two year warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.

2. Payment
50% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
50% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
 

Q1: How to get an appropriate offer from us?
A1: Please inform us:
1) production capacity per hour/per day/per month
2) filling liquid: water, juice, carbonated drink, beer or other
3) bottle type: plastic bottle, glass bottle, can or other
4) cap type: screw cap, crown cap, can lid or other
5) for water treatment, it's better to offer us the raw water quality report

Q2: What can I do if I haven't gotten any clue of the production line? I just want to open a factory and to do the business.
A2: Don't worry about this; You can inform us:
1) the exact production you want to deal with;
2) the budget of the production line. If there is no budget of the business, I will send you the popular machine in our factory for your ref;
3) we will help to design everything including the machine layout and factory layout;


Q3: Are you a trading company or a manufactory?
A3: We are manufacturer in Zhangjiagang city, two hours driving from Shanghai. We have more than 10 years' experience of offering turnkey solutions.

Q4: Why is your prices higher than others?
A4: We offer high-end machines in our business. Welcome to our factory to have a visit. And you will see the difference. We can design the machines according to your requirements (material, power, filling type, container and so on). At the same time, we will give you professional suggestion from many years industrial experience.

Q5: What is your payment term?
A5: 50%T/T in advance as down payment, and the rest should be paid before shipping.

Q6: What's the delivery time?
A6: 30-45 days after the T/T deposit.

Q7: How to install my machines when it arrives? How much the cost?
A7: We will send our engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines If needed. Or you can arrange engineers to study in our factory. You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer wage USD100/day/person.

Q8: How long is the time for installation?
A8: It subjects to machines and the situation in your factory. If everything is ready, it will take about 10 days to 25 days.
