HSS RAIL CUTTER
19.0mm and 19.05mm Weldon Shank, which are suitable for arbor connector with two-point perpendicular positioning. It fits various brands of magnetic drills imported as well as magnetic drills made in China and other drilling facilities like drill press, radial drilling press.
Made of super tough high speed steel with advanced heat treatment process and speed steel with advanced heat treatment process and special rail geometry of cutter flute for making high performance, high endurance, high impact performance cutters. Applicable to hole cutting on quenching and general rail, like U74, U71Mn, PD2, PD3(U75V), BNbRE.

Kunshan Higred Tools Co.,Ltd is a company of industry and trade integration,which has 15 years of professional industry experience. If focuses on trading, but also has its own small scale production line, so some small orders or single customization orders can be completed independently.

Q3:Can I get a sample for test?
Yes.Samples are welcomed before mass production. For the single piece or single batch samples that values below 15 USD, the sample charge will be free, but the freight shoud be paid by customers.For the samples values about 15 USD, we only charge the part beyong 15 USD.

Q4.Can you make some design as our request?
Yes.Special drawing and design will be calculated by our technical department,unitil cost will be calculated by finance department for your final confirmation.All procedure will be informed and confirmed with you in advance.

Q5.Can you do OEM for us?
OEM is welcome for us.Customers' brand,logo,label can be customized for product and carton package.But based on a certain quantity.
