Front edge feeding unit:

4) Intermittent feeding, counter displays quantity and speed monitor displays operating speed. 

Printing unit: 



1) Printing plate circumferential directffln phase displayed digitally, automatically reset. Adjust quickly and exactly. 
2) Automatically anilox roller free rotating system provides ink from drying. 
3) Gear made of high quality alloy steel, carbudzation quenching hardened and grinding, transmit precisely, have a long life-span. 
4) Transmission roller dynamic balance adjusted, insuring transmission precision. 

Slotting unit: 


1) Pre-press cardboard when transmitting, to avoid cardboard to be crashed. 
2) Adopt new type of guide system, cardboard transmit mom steadily and precision. 
3) Can store job tickets, to save time and increase work efficiency. 
4) Odds and ends cleaning device. 

Die-cutting unit: 


1) Planet gear phase adjusting device
2) Die-cutting pressure controlled electrically and fflsplayed digitally. 
3) Blanket roller breaker horizontal drifting device in the scope of 40 mm
4) Using imported hard-wearing blanket. 
5) Speed compensating device, to extend the life-span of blanket as increase die-cutting precision. 
6) Electric blanket roller turning device, convenient to return to the former position. 
 
Packaging & Shipping

 After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, 
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.

3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the 
capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we 
will pick you up there.
