China Subway Tunnel Rock Excavation Rock Crushing Splitter, Find details about China Hydraulic Splitter, Rock Splitter from Subway Tunnel Rock Excavation Rock Crushing Splitter
Splitting machine working principle:
The splitting machine uses hydraulic oil as the energy source, and the clever principle is applied to make the splitting force of the cracking head reach several hundred tons or even thousands of tons, so that thousands of tons of boulder can be easily split in a few seconds, thus making Hard and huge rocks are separated from the mountains.
The splitting machine is made up of hydraulic, drilled circular holes, and is inserted into the wedge block of the splitting machine. When the hydraulic pumping station is started, the hydraulic pumping station works to generate high pressure, and the intermediate wedge of the wedge-shaped block of the splitting machine is moved forward. The two sides of the reverse wedge are opened to create a large splitting force (up to 800-1200 tons), and the rock splits along the set position under the action of this splitting force.
Plunger splitter working principle:
The plunger splitter is mainly composed of two parts: an ultra-high hydraulic pumping station and a large explosive rocker. The high-pressure oil-driven cylinder output from the ultra-high-pressure pumping station generates a large driving force (1500-2000 tons) and pushes the large split piston to move outward, so that the force generated by the piston acts on the wall of the split body, and the rock is huge. The force is split according to the predetermined direction.
Application areas:
1. Ore mining in large mines.
2. Real estate foundation, subway tunnel, non-excavation top pipeline engineering, railway engineering construction work and other geotechnical projects.
The plunger type splitter has powerful power, high efficiency and good performance. It is more suitable for large-scale mines or construction earth and stone works without blasting and traditional blasting safety.
