Application
The ZJ series slurry pump is of horizontal ,single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, double casing ,centrifugal slurry pump with large capacity, high head.
The pump rotates in clockwise viewed form the drive end.
They are designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in mining, metallurgical, coal, power plant, chemical industry, building material and other industrial departments, etc.

Construction and Feature
The ZJ series of pump is double-casing pump, it has the advantages of reasonable construction, high efficiency, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The main technical features of this pump are as follows:
- Discharge port can be positioned at 8 different position at an interval of 45°.
- Number of vanes of impeller(A denotes 5 vanes, B 4 vanes, C 3 vanes, D 2 vanes, E 1 vanes, F 6 vanes, G 7 vanes, etc)
- Support: centrally spit in horizontal direction.
- Super hydraulic performance, high efficiency and lower abrasion rate.
- Expeller seal combined with packing seal and mechanical seal have be adopted to guarantee the slurry from leakage.
- The materials of wet parts have the good performance of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion.
- The pump can be operated in seawater ash-removing to prevent it from the corrosion of seawater, salt and mist.
- For the expeller seal combined with packing, the water pressure of the shaft seal is 0.2~0.3Mpa.
- For the mechanical seal ,the water pressure of the shaft seal is higher 0.1Mpa than the pressure of the outlet of pump.
- For the multi-stage(two and above two stages)in series operation, the water pressure of shaft seal is higher 0.1Mpa than every stage pump pressure an the outlet of pump.
