Working principle

The high-frequency signal oscillated by the oscillation circuit is converted into mechanical energy by the transducer, and this energy is transmitted to the welding workpiece through the welding head. With hundreds of thousands of vibrations per second and pressure, the joint surface of the workpiece is violently rubbed and melted . After the vibration stops, the short-term pressure maintained on the workpiece causes the two weldments to solidify in a molecular link. Generally, the welding time is less than 1 second, and the resulting welding strength is comparable to that of the body. Ultrasonic welding machine can be used for butt welding, but also for riveting, spot welding, embedding, cutting and other processing techniques. Ultrasonic Welding Machine is an industrial technique whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to workpieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld.
