Machine application:
This machine is four axis CNC machine, the axis has pair-wise linkage, which is suitable for profile grinding; widely used in automotive, machinery, aerospace, textile manufacturing industry, such as for grinding inner bore, end face, cylindrical or conical surface withinφ30 - 100 mm; grinding internal and external cylinder at one setup. It features shortening the processing time, stable operation, high machining accuracy, suitable for producing single piece or mass production.

Machine configuration & characteristics:
1. This is CNC internal complex grinder with four axis for grinding both inside and outside cylinder. Four axis are all driven by serve motor through flexible coupling with ball screw, which can realize high sensitivity movement with zero clearance.
2. Siemens 840D numerical system is adopted. Inner bore or inner taper bore grinding feeding movement is performed by X axis and reciprocating movement is performed by Z axis; cylinder or face grinding feeding movement and reciprocating oscillation by W, U axis. All the four axis has linkage in pair-wise.
3. Work table guideway adopts THK precision linear rolling guide.
4. Fully enclosed cover is implemented. Ultrathin screen is equipped on operation panel with compact structure and good appearance.
5. AC frequency variable motor is used as work motor.
6. Sleeve type work spindle with high precision and it's easy to maintenance.
7. Electrical spindle is used for grinding ,driven by static frequency converter.
8. Multiple faces such as inner bore, endface and outer cone can be ground at one setup.
