Machine application:
This machine is CNC controlled, fully automatic with high safety configurations. It's applicable for centerless through-feed grinding of cylindrical and conical parts and centerless in-feed grinding of cone parts and the formed rotational parts (widely used for automobile part grinding). This machine is applicable for mass production.

Machine configuration & characteristics:
1. Only reg. wheelhead feeding.
2. Single side supporting GW. spindle. Easy to change the wheel.
3. Multi-piece dynamic pressure bearing and rolling bearing is optional for GW. spindle.
4. Double side supporting RW. spindle.
5. High precision rolling bearing is used on the RW. spindle.
6. AC converter motor regulates RW. Speed steplessly.
7. Single point diamond pen and diamond roller is optional for grinding wheel dressing.
8. The driving method of the feeding and reciprocating of wheel dresser is optional.
9. Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi are optional for control system.
10. The brand of other purchased parts (ball screw, bearing, converter etc.) and the auxiliary equipments (balancing system, fire extinguisher, mist collector, LOTO, magnetic separator, electrical cabinet) can be customer-specified.
11. It is possible to connect with auto loading and unloading system.
