Description of NE Chain Plate Bucket Elevator:
NE Plate Chain Elevator takes advanced technology from home and abroad. This product is suitable for vertical transportation of powder, granular, bulk materials and high hardness materials. The temperature of materials should not be higher than 200ºC.The Maximum elevation height is 40m.

3.D160 Adhesive tape type Bucket elevator:

Working Principle of vertical bucket elevators:
Vertical bucket elevator machine are designed to move flowing powders or bulk solids vertically. vertical bucket elevator machine use an endless belt or chain and have a series of buckets attached to it. Bulk material is spread into an inlet hopper. Buckets (or cups) dig into the material and convey it up and over the head sprocket/pulley, and then throw the material out a discharge throat.
Vertical bucket elevators are not self-feeding, and are fed at a controlled rate. The buckets are usually where the chain or belt path is vertical or steeply inclined in a single plane. The buckets are returned back down to a tail pulley or sprocket at the bottom. There are four broad classifications of vertical bucket elevator machine: centrifugal, continuous, positive, and internal discharge. The most commonly used are the centrifugal and continuous discharge elevators.

Bucket elevator conveyor used for lifting powder, granular materials and small block and grinding of small materials, such as: coal, cement, stones, sand, clay, ore and so on. or other industries of dry mortar for construction, chemistry and foodstuff.
