Stainless Steel Puff Snacks Food Processing Line

Snacks food machine can be directly extruded from the extruder, dryer and flavoring machine. We can produce all kinds of snacks and different shapes by adjusting the dies from extruder. Snacks food line can take corn, rice, wheat, oat, rye and other grains as materials to produce extruded snacks, with crispy taste and lively shape, Snacks food processing line is designed according to market demand.

Technical information
 Twin Screw Extruder

Capacity: 100kgs/hr

      Main engine adopts inverter to adjust speed of screw according to changing of formula. Double-shaft pre-conditioner makes excellent result of mixing and conditioning, increasing capacity of extruder 10-15%. Various shapes adjusted by moulds: ball, sticks, flowers, core filling snacks, etc. Self-cleaning, when stopping, it can be cleaned without disassembling.
