1. an anti caking agent in milk powder (including sweetened milk powder) and cream powder and its prepared products, cheese and processed cheese and its analogues, cocoa products (including fat, powder, pulp, sauce, stuffing, etc. with cocoa as the main raw material), starch and starch products, sugar, table sweets, salt and salt substitute products, spices and powders, and compound blending Flavorings, solid drinks, yeast and yeast products, the maximum amount of use according to the production needs of appropriate use.
2.According to the regulations of FAO / who, the maximum use amount of calcium silicate for dry whey powder and whey products is 10 g / kg, that for sugar powder and grape sugar powder is 15 g / kg, and that for salt and salt substitute products is appropriate addition according to production needs. FDA stipulates that the product can be used as table salt and anti caking agent of various foods (the maximum addition amount shall not exceed 2% of the food quality), and the maximum addition amount of the fermented powder shall not exceed 5% of the food quality.
