These laminated battings were new developed by customers' new suggestions and feedback. Mostly to solve some problems when we use the battings to make quilts.  
1. it solved the problem of annoying sticking out of filament. 
We've taken 2 layers of nonwoven to cover the polyester wadding. The nonwovens were spunbond nonwoven, and all these 3 layers were bonded by seamless way, to ensure no filament or staple will stick out. 
2. 2 inches size, ensure the wadding keep the fluffy shape. Make the batting heat preservation and high warmth retention. 
3. polymer composition make the batting not easy to mold 

Additional service: We can also take the antistatic nonwoven to avoid static.
