High temperature calcined α alumina powder raw powder and micro powder are produced with industrial alumina powder or aluminum hydroxide as raw materials, using high temperature tunnel kiln 1450 ºC calcination processing technology, adding special additives to reduce impurity content, increase α conversion rate, and control the original crystal morphology and it is calcined under sufficient holding time, and the micro powder is grinded  by a high-alumina ball  mill and classified.
