1. USAGE:

This vulcanizing machine is used for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber and plastic model products, and non-model products.
Being a column structure and downward pressing type, the heating plate opens by the self-weight of the heating plate, platform and plunger. The rising of the plunger makes the heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.

2. FEATURES:
A. The materials of the piston is LT-P chilled cast iron, the surface is chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy hard and wearable. It is burnished and polishing by manpower, the hard surface depth can reach to 0.5-0.7.

The cylinder material is QT500-7 ductile cast iron and the inside surface is high pressure and nitroger treatment, the surface is burnished and polishing by manpower too. The hard surface depth can reach to 0.7-0.9mm.
The set of hydraulic cylinder contain pistion, cylinder, gland ring and the flange. The flange press the gland in order to prevent spillage oil. The mateirla of the gland ring is oil resistance rubber.
The hydraulic system are found and machining by ourself.
2. The electricit system when can use MITSUBISHI, DELTA, SCHNEIDER...SO ON. You can choose option what kind brand you want.
3. The hydraulic contain three set low-pressure motor pump and one set high pressure motor pump.
YOu also can appointment brand of the motor and pump you want. Our engineer can design it according to your requirement.
