OVERVIEW
Baclofen, trade name: leoresin, chemical name: β- 4-Chloro-phenyl- γ- Aminobutyric acid, yes γ- The substituted derivatives of aminobutyric acid are skeletal muscle relaxants and sedatives acting on the brain and spinal cord of the central nervous system. This product inhibits the release of excitatory amino acids such as glutamate and aspartate by activating GABA receptors, so as to inhibit the transmission of monosynaptic and polysynaptic reflex in the brain and spinal cord of the central nervous system, so as to play a spasmolysis role.
USES & EFFECTIVENESS
