Introduction:
Promethazine hydrochloride is a neuroleptic medication and first-generation antihistamine of the phenothiazine family. The drug has strong sedative and weak antipsychotic effects. It also reduces motion sickness and has antiemetic and anticholinergic properties.

Application:
1. Mucocutaneous allergy: applicable to long-term, seasonal allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria, angioneurotic edema, blood or plasma products, allergic reactions, skin scratch disease.
2. Motion sickness: motion sickness prevention, seasickness, halo plane.
3. For anesthesia and surgery before and after adjuvant therapy, including sedation, hypnosis, analgesia, antiemetic.
