Product Description:
Highly automated workshops, non-manual raw materials transmission, mechanizied & accurate production process operation, automated product packaging way, in order to provide every masterbatch pellet with the most solid quality.
This product is based on PE, with high quality Barium sulfate powder and a variety of chemical additives. It has the advantages of large filling amount, superior processing performance, good product color and glossiness. It can be well soluble with the matrix resin and significantly improve the processing performance and use performance of the resin, and can greatly reduce the production cost. It is an ideal multi-functional modified masterbatch.
The mesh of BaSO4 can reach more than 10,000 mesh, and the transparency of products can be maintained to the greatest extent.

3.Blow Molding Products(Lubricant bottles, cosmetic bottle, Commodity containers,etc)
4.Extrusion Molding Products( building waterproof material, aluminum plate middle layer, PVC Sheet, etc.)
5.Injection Molding Products(electric/appliance switch , equipment accessory, computer accessories, auto parts,center bracket, plastic pots, etc.)
Packaging & Delivery:
Product package:1.We generally make 1-2kgs per small bag by accurate weight, it will be very convenient for the customer using. It's very easy to handle the dosage.
2. 25kg/bag, with paper-plastic composite bags.
Loading: one 20GP' container can hold 27 tons without pallet, can hold 20 tons with pallet.
Delivery Time :5-7 working days after confirmation.
