1. Q: What's your company's type?
     A: We are a Government Group Company located in the port city of Ningbo, China. Our company had been
          established in 1989 and more than 120 office staffs all in charge of import and export business.

2. Q: Are you factory or trading company?
     A:  We are Group Control trading company. But we also have own factory located in Haining, China.

3. Q: How about your fabric weaving ability?
     A:  Our Production line has 30 Jacquard Looms, 40 air jet machines and also 10 solid Machines. Our fabric daily output each 10000MS.

4. Q: What mainly fabric do you produce? Do you provide ready-made curtain and cushions?
     A: Our fabric mainly ranges of Jacquard, Texture and Solid patterns both for Curtain, Sheer and Upholstery.
          We also provide ready-made curtain and cushions with by our fabric.

5. Q: Do you provide free samples and how about sample time?
     A:  We provide free samples within 0.5mts/item. Sample prepare time within 3 days.

6. Q: How about your order delivery time ?
     A:  It depends on the items which you chose.
          Some of items have running stocks in our warehouse always, we can delivery the stocks within 5 days.
          Some may keep Greige fabric in stocks and only need to wait for dyeing, we can delivery the goods within 15 days. 
          For free production by orders, regularly by 30-40 days.

7. Q: How about your MOQ?
     A:   It depends on different items. For stock running items, there is no MOQ.
            For items by orders, regularly 700-1000MS/Design/Color.

8. Q: Could you do customized?
     A:   Yes, we could. We have professional technician whom can analyze the fabric samples. We can make samples base on your requests.

9. Q: How do you control the quality?
     A:  "We strictly obey what we promised." This is our rule and also our aim. We have 2 teams of inspectors for greige fabric before sending
           to the dyeing plant. 4 teams of finished fabric inspectors. Each defects of the fabric will be took record and if it not allowed by the order,
           it must be picked out. We also welcome customers come to do quality inspections.

10. Q: What is your payment term and payment way?
        A:  Base on your request of the payment term, regularly of FOB and CIF.
              Regular payment ways of TT and LC. We also accept defer payment under China Insurance Credit.
