Q: How long is the probable delivery date?

A: Delivery time is differs with order quantity, technical parameters requirements, etc. For most of our oil testing equipment and other lab equipment, like halogen moisture tester, spectrophotometers, the delivery date is about 3-7 business days. Please contact with us for more details.

Q: What are the available payment methods?

A: Payment methods: By T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, etc.

Payment terms: Generally, for small order T/T 100% advanced, we also accept T/T 40% advanced, the balance paid by T/T when the machine is ready. For big order, we can accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: How long is the warranty period?

A: We warrants most of machines supplied under agreed specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 years from the time customer receives the goods. For some items, we offer 2 years warranty. Please contact us for details about this.

* The warranty period is 24 months from commissioning acceptance date on. After the warranty period is over we provide lifelong maintenance and technical service.
