Hydraulic Compound Cone Crusher is PSG series cone crusher produced by our company. Compound Cone Crusher is a new type of cone crusher, also called symons cone crusher. Compared with the traditional spring cone crusher, this type can realize various functions such as hydraulic automatic adjustment of discharging port size, automatic clearing cavity, thin oil lubrication, cavity shape optimization, etc.
Product Advantages
1.Wear-resistant Mn-18 is used on the crushing wall, and effectively extend the life of the dental plate.2. Clean the chamber and adjust the discharging port through hydraulic, which effectively save maintenance time.
3. High output, large crusher cavity, long stroke, large crushing force, can completely crush the materials. Compared with the old spring cone, the output is increased by about 15%.
4. It has many crusher chamber type, so users can choose a suitable cavity type according to their actual requirement. The finished product has a uniform particle size and no obvious crack.

Each side of drive-shaft is equipped with roller bearings. Bearing base uses seal ring to prevent lubricating oil leakage.
7.Hydraulic adjustment devices make it convenient to adjust discharge opening size.
8.Hydraulic release system consists of several hydraulic cylinders. Easy to release jammed materials.
9."Spring type" over-load protection. This release system allows un-crushable materials to pass through without causing damage.
10.A complete lubricating oil circle system, including oil pump, oil reserve tank, oil pipeline, etc. If oil temperature is over high or oil flows slowly, the machine can be shut down automatically. This protection extends crusher's service life.

Working Principle
The electromotor leads the eccentric sleeve to rotate by the V-belt, drive shaft and drive gear. The movable cone does rotary and pendulum movement under the leading role of eccentric sleeve which makes the movable cone and fixed cone close and far away from time to time. The raw material is crushed in the crusher chamber by squeezing and striking continuously. The crushed stone discharges from the bottom.
