Machine description
single-shaft shredder consists of a motor, a reducer with rigid gears, a rotary shaft, importedrotary knife, fixed knife, frame, working platform, hydraulic ram and an independent electrical control cabinet.
Fixed knives are installed on the frame behind the solid rotary shaft where the moving knives are bolted.Moving knives are specially designed into four-angel shape, when blunt customers could change the angel for recycling using. Moving knives are installed by screws, which is convenient for future maintenance.
A hydraulic cylinder drove by hydraulic ram continually pushes the material chamber moving back and forward to get the material multi-angel shredding. Two travel switches are fitted near the side jampans to control the movement.
GW-3063 type conveyor uses cycloid reducer through the chain transmission, the conveyor plate adopts PVC canvas reinforcing plate, stable conveying.
GW-3063 type crusher adopts flat blades,the crusher performance is good, high yield.
Single-shaft shredder is controlled by an independent electrical cabinet equipped with PLC system. The machine features start, stop, reverse functions. Also it is fitted with automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts.
GW-W600 Horizontal Double-shaft Shredder is composed of a motor, reducer with hard-toothed surface, rotary blade shaft, imported rotary blade, the fixed blade, frame, box, cylinder, oil pump, valve cylinder, working platform, etc. The fixed knives are installed on the frame, the rotary blade shaft is assembled with removable embedding blades, the blade quantity according to different models and the rotary blade shaft size, and the rotary blade is a four- angle use knife, after used blunt can be taken down to replace the angles,sharpen it. As is the claw type blade, rotary cutting, the fixed blade and the rotary blade are made of imported material of SKD11, after heating treatment the hardness can reach HRC60 degrees, so the service life is long, the cutting ability is high, high productivity, the normal use need sharpening only after shredding more than 1000 tons.
