Equipment Model and Feature

1. Conveyor:

Groundnut is high oil content.So this project is larger handling capacity,and therefore should be used chain bending Scraper Conveyor;

2. Crusher:

Used teeth roll crusher which with lower power consumption and stable performance,the small powder of uniform particles.

3. Flaking

After flaking the thickness is in 0.3-0.4mm,it is easier to press.The Flaking Machine model is YYPY80×1500.

4. Steaming and Frying Pan

This process is aim to moisture,steam and roast the raw flaking,this it can be pressed.The model is YZCL3000×6.

5. High efficiency screw pressing machine:

There will be 12 units YZY260 style lower temperature screw oil pressing machine,the power is 83.5KW for a single.This plant can assure the capacity is 500T for a day.The residual oil rate in the dry cake is ≤7%.

And it is the large scale Edible Oil Mill Machine in China. It is combined the advantages which is sturdy and durable,easily to operate, high capacity, good feature of cake with bright color and lower residual oil.

YZY260 is widely used in many peanut oil mill,it reduced the cost,and also improved the quality of the oil cake.
