ULTRAOSNIC MASK MACHINE FAQ
Question 1.when turn on mask machine,indicates light doesn't work,no reaction.
Reason:
Electric wire of mask machine  loose contact with power supply socket.
Power supply fuse of mask machine burns out.

Question 2: When mask machine turn on,indicates light work,but no reaction.
Ultrasound comes out when press ultrasonic testing button.
Reason:
Five-core wire which connects mask machine base and frame open circuit
machine program board failure

Question 3. Turn on the power switch of the mask machine, the power indicator of the mask machine is on, but there is no action. Press the ultrasonic test button of the mask machine, and there is no ultrasonic output.
Reason:
A. Check whether the emergency stop switch of the mask machine is pressed;
B. Abnormal power supply of 110V or 24V power supply of ultrasonic power transformer of mask machine;
C. Machine program board failure.

Question 4. The mask machine has action, but there is no ultrasonic output when pressing the ultrasonic test button and working button of the mask machine
Reason:
The 110V power supply of ultrasonic power transformer of mask machine is abnormal;
B. The 110V power line of ultrasonic circuit board of mask machine fell off

Question 5. Press the test button, the mask can work normally, but press the work button of the mask machine, the machine does not move.
Reason:
A.The working switch of a mask machine is damaged;
B. The five core wire connecting the base of the mask machine and the frame is open.

Question 6. When the ultrasonic test button of mask machine is pressed, the indicated value of power load meter is greater than 20%, and cannot be adjusted down through the tuner.
Reason:
A. The ultrasonic transducer system of the mask machine failed;
B. The power tube of the machine is burnt out.

Question 7. When welding, the ultrasonic overload indicator of mask machine is on.
Reason:
A.The ultrasonic transducer system of the mask machine failed.
 
Question 8. The welding effect of the mask welding parts is not ideal, but the overload indicator is not on during welding, and the ultrasonic output of the mask machine is weak.
Reason:
A. The 24 V power supply of ultrasonic power transformer of mask machine is abnormal, and the relay does not act;
B. The three terminal voltage regulator lm7824 on the ultrasonic program board of mask machine was damaged.
