Technical Features: Mine Hoist1. According to the request of the hoists' performance parameter, the product can be equipped with single-disc brake or double disc brake friction gear, the floor model friction hoist and its friction liner have double rope races and the rope pulling device; the head-frame hoist has single rope race.
2.Under the condition of oil free, water or the oil for special purpose, the friction liner will adopt the high performance materials of Japanese production GM-3 or the imported GDM-326, whose friction coefficient is no less than 0.25.
3.The displacement of the hoist sheave and the guiding gear adopts the centre of gravity shift layout, and the gear rim is equipped with macromolecule wear resisting liner material to reduce the friction from the wire rope.
4.Adopt the rear oil cylinder disc brake controlled by electric and hydraulic pressure; the hydraulic pressure station divides into two types - medium voltage and high voltage. Medium voltage station has two methods of braking - holding brake force and hydraulic delay; Medium and high voltage station has two types - the constant deceleration and the constant braking torque, which is also equipped with pressure relay, pressure sensor and the pressure transmitter.
5.The velocity measurement transmission and the back protection are equipped with brake disc deflection monitoring device and the wire rope sliding monitoring device, the groove device and specialized tools.
6.There are four kinds of operating tables available, all of which adopt the aggregate signal lamp. Two of them are table type equipped with integrated operating handle, among which one has a computer with a LED monitor. The other two are separated type operating tables equipped with a numerical depth indicator. All of them has specialized tables such as industrial television, computer, printer, etc.
