A: Both can, recommend use windows 7 or windows 10, other system whether support please consult us firstly.

Q4. How can I get machine's spare parts, such as lens?
A: Customers can order the spare parts together and ship along with the machine, or you can inform us when you need to replace the parts, we will send them to you within 24 working hours.

Q5: What's your payment terms? MOQ?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, West union etc. Usually we do 30% as deposit, balance paid before shipment.

Q6. How can I know that all my ordered goods are shipped to me ?
A: Pictures of machine parts and package picture will be sent to our clients for confirmation before the shipment.

Q7. Does your laser work from printer in CorelDraw or photoshop?
A: Our laser machine can work in CorelDraw, Photoshop directly. It is connected to PC by using a USB cable.

Q8. What kind of files the software is compatible with?
A: JPEG, DWG, BMP, PLT, DST, DXF, AI, etc.

Q9.Can you arrange the shipment for me?
A: Sure, we can arrange the shipment for our clients accordingly by sea and air or by courier. Trading terms FOB, CIF, EXW etc. are available.

Q10. What's the package?
A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.

Q11.Will the package damaged during transportation?
A: Our package is considerate all the damage factors and make it to be safe, and our shipping agent have full experienced in safe transportation. We have exported to 180 countries worldwide. So please don't worry, you will receive the goods in a good condition.

Q12. How to install and run the machine?
A: Our engineer has installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, we will send detail training video, user's manual along with the machine. 90% customers can learn by themselves.
