Mainly used in the manufacturing CAT5, CAT6, CAT7 cable and other communication cables.
Features:
1) QF-TW500 type high-precision twist pair unit has simple operation and the speed reach up to 5000 twist/min and lay of twist deviation is less than 0.5mm.
2) The pay-off device adopts frequency regulation speed ative pay-off and feedback by high-sensitivity tension oscillating rod to control core wire tension, thus, can be ensure the tension is uniformity. 3)The take-up winding tension controlled by low inertia high-sensitivity electromagnetic powder clutch (Mitsubishi) and programmable logic controller (PLC), can be ensure the tension is uniformity.
4)The whole machine adopts precision control, therefore, can be make the pair wire of resistance unbalance and capacitance unbalance reduced to the least, make the date network cable up to excellent electric appliance performance.
