Ultrafiltration (UF) is an important water purification technology used for production of high-purity water. Ultrafiltration is effective in the removal of colloids, proteins, bacteria, pyrogens (e.g. gram-negative bacterial endotoxins), and other organic molecules larger than 0.1 Micron size.

Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven purification process in which water and low molecular weight substances permeate a membrane while particles, colloids, and macromolecules are filt.The primary removal mechanism is size exclusion. A properly designed UF cartridge allows efficient rising of ionic redidue from the cleaning and rapidly returns to optimal resistivity and organic purity.

1. There is too much silt and rust in the water, can it be used? Whether prefilter is needed.
Yes, but the frequency of cleaning is relatively frequent. The essence of ultra filtration is physical filtration. It is suggested to slightly precipitate and then filter. Prefilter are not required.

2.Can this equipment replace the softener?
This is an ultra filtration device, unable to remove calcium and magnesium ions. If the water quality is too hard, it is recommended to install a softener.


 3.Can you provide free UF membrane samples?
Yes we can provide a free sample to testing, buyer should bear all the shipping costs.

4.Is there only this type of UF membrane?
No , we have PVDF UF membrane series.

5.How could I know it's time to change the filter?
When water flow slow down much, or even can not sip water through product, then it is time to change the filter.

6.How about goods delivery time ?
