  4. Packaging speed, packaging size and volume of injecting liquid can be adjusted within a certain range according to the model and products.
  5. Packaging materials: the outer bags can adopt the multi-layer composite membranes, Al- PE-Pa complex materials, etc. The diameter of packing materials' inner bore is 75mm, and the external diameter is less than 400mm; the location color mark is printed in one side with the size of greater than 4×8mm; there should be no other words or patterns between color marks, so as not to avoid the color mark misunderstanding. The color contrast between the color mark and base material should be great as far as possible; the black, dark blue and dark green are recommended; and please inform our factory in advance if selecting other colors as the color mark.
  6. The external diameter of inner core material is less than 1000mm, and the diameter of inner core is 76mm; its material is non-woven fabrics.

A: In China, there is anti-money laundry policy, for which the government strictly manages every payment from abroad. Q: Will you send technical staff to help me with installation and operation training?
A: The machine will be packed with little disassembly in one plywood crate, so they will be plug and use type, no need special installation. We will also send you complete installation and operating tutorial videos before shipment.Remote assistance by video call or meeting is available as well. In rare cases, we can send technical staff if desperately needed, but there is 150USD/day engineer salary and flight ticket, visa application, travelling, board and lodging shall be at buyer's account.

Q: How many years warranty and how do I do the machine repairing & maintenance?
 A: One-year warranty from the date of shipment, during which if any parts fault, we will courier to your replacing parts with replacing instructions, all at our cost. The replacing is simple and easy to be completed by anybody. The machines are maintenance free types, some daily lubrication will prolong the service life though.
