Brief Introduction of KN95 mask machine

1. our mask machines are used for full-automatic folding mask production (typical models like N95 mask).  

2. The working process of N95 Mask Machines are as follows: The multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding after feeding.  Nasal lines are welded after unrolling and cutting. Two rolls of rubber band are welded after automatically unrolling and cutting to designated length. Then masks are folded in half. After ultrasonic welding and fusion, the masks are rolling-cut and formed. Finally, we get finished N95 masks.

The masks can be applied to various fields, like medical, electronics, mining, construction, etc. N95 Mask Machine uses PLC,  touch screen control and the main conveyor adopts unidirectional motor transmission, which can achieve precise movement, stable control, and adjustable speed.

Nose bridge strip feeding: use joint venture brand high-speed module to feed, and check the raw materials. Beam bar thickness: 6 * 0.6 mm Child thickness: 5 * 0.6 mm, material: PE and aluminum bar. The strap width is 5 mm.
7.2. Ribbon welding: reciprocating online ribbon welding, the ribbon is short and easy to adjust, and the material is automatically detected.
7.3. Folding welding: Reciprocating online folding welding, the hood can be adjusted through touch screen control.
7.4. By changing different flower wheels and rolls, folding and welding / passing molds can be changed from finished to children's specifications.
