1. Introduction
This machine is horizontal, trolleying and top slewing hydraulic jacking tower crane. All the performance parameters and technical index has achieved or surpassed the national standard. The maximum working scope is 63 meters; and free standing height is 50 meters, max. height is 180 meters; the rated load moment is 1250kN·m, the maximum rated load moment is 1441kN·m.

Brief Introduction of the Crane Structure
Independent Type
The hoist height of this type is 50 meters, it can hoist by using 2-fall or 4-fall steel rope. The main part of the crane body is formed by the buckle of angle iron and crackles steel tube. The bottom of the tower crane joins with the base through bottom frame, while the top of it joins with upper support through the lower support and the swiveling support. The above part of the upper support joins with the swiveling tower body, whose top is the tower cap, front is joined with lifting beam, end joins with balance beam. The driver's cab is put on the front and right of the swiveling tower body. The lifting outfit is on the end of the balance beam. The swiveling outfits are symmetrically put on the two sides of the upper support. The radius changing pulley is pulled by radius changing outfit, moving along with the beam frame. Both the lifting beam and balance beam join with the tower top through ragid pole.
The lifting frame is under the lower support seat, surrouding the tower body. When it is need to hoist the tower height, the climbing outfit can prop up the upper part of the tower to fetch in standard sections.
Attaching Type
The maximum hoist height of this type is 180 meters. When it's below 90 meters, user can use 2-fall or 4-fall steel wire to hoist, while over 90 meters, user can only use 2-fall steel rope to hoist. The attaching type has the same structure arrangement, but to increase the stability and ragidity, six sets of attaching setting are intercalated in this type crane. Thus it must be 4 meters from the center line of the tower body to the building,and the distance and diamension of the attaching settings must be as same as the drawing shows.

Metal Parts
The metal parts main include bottom frame, tower body, frame sets, lower and upper support seat, swiveling tower body, lifting beam, balance beam, tower top ,and attaching settings, etc.  
Bottom Frame
The crosslike bottom frame is made of one complete girder, two half girders and upper and lower cover board joining by 24 bolts, and fixed on the base through 28 preburied in the base. There are 4 ears welded on the outside of the cross girder, 4 slanting stay bar pass the ears support inclinedly on the second section of the tower body. There are four rectangular flange plates on the girders, joining with the basic section.

Tower Body
There are two kinds of standard section, undergirding section and standard section. They are same in shape and size, only different in main bowpole. The undergirding section is joined with the bottom frame, installed continuously under the bottom of the tower body. The standard sections are joined together by 8 M39×400(grade 10.9)high strength bolt. There are stairs on each section and relaxing platform set from the fourth section and then there is one in each three section.
 Climbing Outfit
The climbing outfit is composed of frame setting, platform, hydraulic pressure climbing system and standard section fetching setting. The climbing work of the crane is done through operating this part.
The frame setting is on the outside of the tower body, joined with the lower support seat through 4 bolt axises. Fetching window is set on the upper part of the setting, the climbing oil tank is on the beam behind the setting, and the hydraulic pump is beside the hydraulic jar on the platform. In the inside of the setting there are 16 trolleies putting on the outside of the main bowpole, play the role as guide and support.
For the need of safety and installation of climbing part, a two-layer work platform is set on the setting. The worker can operate the hydraulic system to hoist and fetch in standard sections and tighten the bolt with standing on the platform.

The Lower Support SeatThe lower support seat is in the shape of box; its bottom is joined with the standard section and setting, while its upper plane is joined with the unratating outside circle of the swiveling support through high strength bolts.

The Upper Support Seat
This part is of board shell structure with flange plate welding on its right and left side for the installation of swiveling outfit. There is a platform on the three sides of the upper support seat. The driver cab is set on the right of the platform. There are lamp holder for searchlight and support seat for swiveling place-restrict implement. The upper plane of the upper support seat is joined with the swiveling tower body through the 4 sets of vertical double-ear board fixed by bolt axis.
