Feature

1.Label Roll: the gear box reducer motor coupling and air expansion expansion shaft are used to support and assemble the paper on the shelf, and the paper barrel is positioned by manual unilateral clamping. The paper is made of light aluminum, soft and wear-resistant rubber coating roller to prevent the chip on the paper from breaking or displacement.

2.The blank part of the inlay is larger than the card punching position, and the machine can cut automatically.

3.Drag material: soft and wear-resistant rubber is selected to compress the anilox rolling shaft. The rolling shaft is connected with the servo motor with a coupling. The servo motor drives the rolling shaft to drive the paper strip to match the spacing color code for detection and positioning, so as to realize accurate positioning and intermittent transmission.

4.The machine is equipped with a deviation correction device to realize the deviation correction, so that inlay can always maintain balanced opposite side transmission

5.Ultrasonic welding, free from glue printing, more efficient.

6.Friendly 7-inch touch screen operation, simple operation.

7.All actions are realized by PLC programming.

8.It has the functions of automatic fault shutdown, fault alarm prompt and so on.
