This machine is auto controlled by PLC, and with bigger operation screen. PLC system cooperate with biaxial positioning system drove the platen welding at X and Y based on the pre-settled  route. Each welding parameter can be settled alone, and this can assure the accuracy of welding position.  With constant pressure /constant current output and optional double pulse of high frequency inverter welding technology providing  with  high welding speed and high -stand quality.

Welding size available: 3*8,4*8,5*5 etc.

1. Vacuum  bedplate adsorption materials welding, assure you the veracity and smoothly of the antenna and the chip.
2. With multiple welding head, provide a highly output.
3. The position solder joint parameters stored by independent data memory storage. After settled each welding position parameters, we can weld the chip together with different layout inlay or different size inlay. The whole operation is easy and convenient.
4. High frequency inverter welding control provide the rapid response and high precision.
5. With digital output pulse,voltage,current, time offer us high veracity and easy debugging.
