the health of the patient's kidneys

Indications:
This product is suitable for chronic joint inflammation (including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, etc.); pain after surgery and acute trauma; pain caused by inflammation of the ear, nose, and throat; dysmenorrhea; fever caused by upper respiratory tract infection.

Taboo:
1. Those who are allergic to this product or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
2. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding or active peptic ulcer.
3. Patients with severe renal insufficiency.
4. Patients with liver insufficiency are disabled.

Matters needing attention:
1. This product can cross allergic reaction with aspirin and other non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
2. Patients with hemorrhagic disease, gastrointestinal disease, anticoagulant therapy or antiplatelet aggregation drugs should be used with caution.
3. This product is excreted through the kidney. If there is renal insufficiency, the dosage should be adjusted according to the endogenous creatinine clearance rate.
4. In case of vision loss after taking this product, the drug should be stopped and ophthalmic examination should be conducted.
5. Keep the product away from children.

Pharmacology and Toxicology:
This product is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. The mechanism of the action may be related to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, the release of leukocyte medium and the oxidation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes.
