What is a data center containment ?

Data center containment was built for centralized monitoring and management.

All the network equipments are perfectly placed and stopped cabling everywhere,especially fiber optic.

Every Webitelecomms cabinets is connected and leased to users for technical and Internet applications.

Cabinets are spaced into groups , commonly 2 rows cabinets apart a 1200 mm aisle for users. ( 2 standard raised floor tiles)

 

What is data center containment used for ?
 Primarily , the containment was built as space to be perfectly protected in terms of security, uninterrupted power supply and with adequate capacity of communication lines .

Later,Studies have found that up to 70% of energy costs in data centers is directed towards cooling and air management.

In a typical data center without containment, It comes with high load running for air conditioner , which result in short lifespan of equipment.

While Data center containment fully separates the cold supply airflow from the hot equipment exhaust air.

This simple separation creates a uniform and predictable supply temperature to the intake of IT equipment as well as a warmer, drier return air to the AC coil.

7. Surface finish: degreasing, picking, phosphoric, powder coating. The thickness of powder coating is 80µm-100µm, complying with ROHS
8. By adopting heavy duty nylon silent pulley and aluminum alloy hanger rail, the sliding door can be opened and closed easily. And the locks on the door are convenient for people managing the cold pool channel.
9. The material of sliding door is double-deck cold-rolled sheet metal which make sure a good intensity of the door. And the middle of the door is made up of clear tempering gladd which allow the outside people checking the suitable of inside channel.
10. The support beam on the top of cold pool channel is used for placing tempering glass. The thickness of the support beam is 1.5mm

Comply with ANSI/EIARS-310-D, DIN41491; PART1.IEC297-2,DIN41494;PART7,GB/T3047,2-92  standard. Compatible with metric ETSI and 19 inch international standard.

Material:
Cold -rolled steel sheet, Thickness for hanger rail 2.0mm, support beam 1.5mm, sliding door 1.2mm, Heacy duty nylon silent pulley.

Details:
For HEAVY DUTY enclosures, raised floors are installed, rack rows are aligned face to face and the aisles
between them are fitted with ceilings and sliding doors to enclose the cold aisle. The cold air fed in
through the raised floor is exclusively released into cold aisles. Enclosure of the cold/warm aisles
facilitates the targeted routing of cold air from the raised floor to the hotspots in the cabinets and the warm
air back into the cooling cycle via the rear of the racks by effectively preventing warm and cold in the data
centre from mixing.
