Brief Introduction: YAW-300B computer controlled servo hydraulic cement compression testing machine is mainly used to do anti-compression strength test of cements.
Load Frame Structure: The load frame is consisted of upper crosshead, lower crosshead, two leading column. The oil cylinder and piston are fixed under lower crosshead by bolt, above is main parts of load frame, fixed on the base by bolts.
Standard: The testing process is fully conforming to ISO679: 1989.
Measuring System: This machine is consisted of load frame, oil source control cabinet, computer and printer etc. It adopts hydraulic load, oil pressure transducer to measure load, as well as PC-hydraulic proportion technology to auto control the testing process. Specialized software realizes the display of testing load, peak value, load-time curve, with data analysis, storage and print function.
Hydraulic system theory: Function of electromagnetic reversal valve is fast returning oil. The manual valve group can not only manual control the piston up and down, but also provide a stable pressure difference, make the hydraulic proportion throttle valve become hydraulic proportion timing valve, realize the connection of manual control and auto control. The working procedure is: Motor drive the oil pump rotation, hydraulic oil in the oil box are pressed into filter by oil pump, after filtration, oil enter into oil cylinder through manual valve or proportion valve adjust the rate of flow. Front valve oil enter high pressure hydraulic fluid chamber, have the function of sealing and decreasing friction between oil cylinder and piston.
Applications: It is widely used in different steel works, engineering areas, quality control department, Universities and institutes as well as other areas and works.
Features:Automatic test according to international test standard after press "START" button on the software. According to standard, the test will count the results of 6 specimens in one group and after each test the software will save the test results automatically.
