Our rack is used in the rack and pinion drive system like industrial elevators, construction hoists, Trasport platforms, Material Hoists, Mast climbing work platforms which are wildely use in Chemical, Construction, Metal and steel, Mining, Oil & Gas, Power, Warehouses...industries.

We use LG60 EN-19 Material HARDNESS 170-220  BHN is 26-28 HRC.
We can make the different size, different module, different teeth according to your technical drawing as we produced different rack as M5Z96, M6Z79, M6Z80, M8Z53, M8Z60, M8Z96... for our customers.



And there is several kinds of surface treatment for the rack.



We assemble the rack in mast section and the drive pinion will drive the hoist raise and lower in the mast section.
