Bottom reducer bend 150×100-88 is a special fittings. in the building system normally use DN100 pipes but underground will use DN150 pipes . So use a  bend 150-88 and a reducer150×100 and a couplings DN100 for changing pipe size   but  this new special fittings can replace bend 150-88 and Reducer 150×100 and Couplings DN100. it will be more and more strong to face to water pressure. and easy installation and  also save more and more cost .

It is a new fittings in drainage systems of high buildings. But it has more than 10 years history in Japan and South Korea 
Usually these are two pipe lines in buildings , one pipeline is used for sewer water and one pipeline is used for airflow.
But if use spiral branch . it can replace two pipelines with only one pipeline in buildings. And it is available to both drainage and ventilate at same time.
