Production Description:
Air heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchanger that is used to cool or heat forcibly flowing air with water, glycol solution, steam or heat conduction oil as the medium. It is extensively applied in hot air heating, drying, cooling, dehumidifying and other works in such industries as light industry, building, chemical engineering, machinery, textile, printing & dyeing, electronics, food, starch, medication, metallurgy and painting. Different models of heat exchanger should be selected according to the actual working conditions.
Rolling-type Air Heat Exchanger
Advanced steel-aluminum composite technology is adopted in rolling-type air heat exchanger which is featured by compact combination, small thermal resistance, strong heat transfer performance, small flow loss, good anti-corrosive performance, remote possibility for distortion under long-term cold/hot working conditions, and long service life, etc.
Materials: Carbon steel-aluminum rolled sheet, stainless steel-aluminum rolled sheet and steel tube-aluminum rolled sheet.
Coiling-type Air Heat Exchanger Coiling-type air heat exchanger features compact structure, aesthetic appearance, easy installation, convenient management and long service life. It is applicable to centralized air-supply heating, local heating or other purposes.
Materials: Carbon steel coiled sheet and stainless steel coiled sheet.
High-frequency Welding Air Heat ExchangerHigh-frequency welding air heat exchanger has been extensively applied in such industries as petrifaction, power plant, power plant modification, air conditioning & refrigeration, boiler, finned-type coal saver and air preheater.
The finned tube in high-frequency welding air heat exchanger is made by coiling band steel around plate fin and firmly soldering plate fin onto finned tube through using high-frequency welding process, which can ensure intensity of combination between finned tube and plate fin. Featuring high intensity, resistance to thermal vibration and mechanical vibration, good thermal expansion performance, large cooling surface and long service life, it has a wide range of applicable temperature, endurance of high pressure and other features.

Plate-fin Air Heat ExchangerAdvanced mechanical expansion tube and arc corrugation sheet with double flanged aluminum-finned sheets are adopted in plate-fin air heat exchanger. Mechanical expansion tube makes copper tube come into close contact with aluminum-finned sheet; arc corrugation can promote turbulent flow of fluid, destruct boundary layer of air, and raise heat transfer coefficient.
Advanced structural form as well as reasonably-designed water travel, tube pass and spacing between sheets provide the following features of the heat exchanger: good heat transfer performance, small air resistance, compact structure and light weight, etc.
