APPLICATIONS :
Nomex Filter Bags are mainly used in cement industry, asphalt industry, metallurgical industry and tobacco industry for flue gas purification.
• Tail gas/fume/dust from metallurgical plant
• Asphalt mixing plant smoke filtration
• Carbon black plant, iron works ( Steel Mill blast furnace gas Filter )

PERFORMANCE :
Continuous operating temperature is up to 200°C, instant service temperature is up to 240 Degree C .
Fire retardant performance is excellent
Corrosion resistance and alkali resistance is good
Excellent thermal stability, excellent abrasion resistance and flexural resistance
Hydrolysis resistance is poor, frequent SOx and vapor in flue gas or dew point will
greatly reduce its service life.

4. PTFE film: Improve filtration precision: ≤5gsm/Nm3, but lower the filtration efficiency; and a substantial increase in acid-base resistance property
5. PTFE paint-coating: Improve filtration precision: ≤10gsm/Nm3, does not lower the filtration efficiency; and a substantial increase in acid-base resistance property
6. PTFE dipping: Improve filtration precision: ≤25gsm/Nm3, does not lower the filtration efficiency; and a small increase in acid-base resistance property
