Raymond Grinding Mill
1.introduction Raymond grinding Mill and milling machine :
Raymond grinding Mill is widely used for the highly fine powder processing of 300kinds of materials in the areas of nonflammable mine, chemical industry, and building materials with Mohs hardness less than 7 level and the moisture less than 6%, such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, active carclazyte, active carbon, betonies, kaolin, cement, phosphorite rock, gypsum, glass an insulating materials, etc. The size of the finished products can be adjusted from 20 to 425 meshes at random (the finest can reach 1000mesh).
2.Principle Raymond grinding Mill
After large blocks of materials are crushed to the feed size by Jaw Crusher, they are lifted to storage silo by bucket hoister, and then are conveyed to chamber of mainframe by electromagnetic vibrating feeder uniformly, and ground between the ring and roller. The airflow of blower brings the ground powder to classifier to separate. The required fineness powders are blown into the cyclonic collector with airflow for separation & collection, then becomes to be the finished product after discharged. In the working process, the blade system located at the bottom of the roller has played a very important role. In the process of blades rotating with roller together, the blades shovel the materials and throw them into the chamber between roller and ring, which form the material bed. The materials bed generates the extrusion force and grinds the materials into pieces by the effect of grinding roller so as to achieve the purpose of powder making.
3.cautions Raymond grinding Mill
(1)In order to make sure the machine work well, there will be a "equipment maintenance safety operation system"to guarantee Raymond mill safely work for a long time, also there should be necessary maintenance tools, grease and corresponding parts.
(2)You would better change the grinding roller after using above 500 hours, clean the antifriction bearing, and replace the damaged parts, you can chose grease gun or manual petrol pump.
(3)In the process of using Raymond mill, there should be special person be responsible to watch over, the operation person should have certain technical level. Before installing, there should be technical training for the operation person to make them clearly about the principle performance and the operating rules.
(4)After using one year, the overhaul is necessary, including grinding roller, bull ring and scraper knife, before and after using grinding roller, the connect bolt and nut should be checked up carefully to see if there is any loose phenomenon and if the grease are enough.
