2.     Where is your factory location, and can we visit it?
        Chengli group is located in Suizhou city, Hubei province, China.
         It is my pleasure that if you will come to our factory, our chauffeur and me will pick you up at Wuhan international airpoort.    
 
3.     What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
         MOQ is 1!
 
4.     What is your payment terms?
         T/T or L/C. 
 
5.     And how about the shipping ways?
        Ro-ro ship, bulk ship, or as your requested.
 
6.     How about the delivery times?
        It will takes about 7-30 days, depends on your products requests.
 
7.     How do we start a order?
        We should sign the contract and 30% payment as deposit, and balance payment before delivery. 
 
8.     How long is the warranty, and any after-sales service?
        The warranty will be 1 year or 10,000km, and our professionals will solve your problems at anytime.
