CKS611--D SERIES HORIZONTAL CNC LATHE
       The CKS611--D series is large type horizontal CNC lathe, which adopt Bei Jing KND1000T system or SIMENS808D System. The main transmission have manual 24 level speed, it can be controlled by two axis linkage. The x axis transversal movement has been realized by ball screw and Ac servo motor, and the Z axis longitudinal movement has been realized by the Taiwan rack with AC servo motor and reducer, half closed loop control. So it has the very good positioning accuracy and repeat positioning precision.
          Machine tool bed surface is flat - V structure, which uses the high strength resin sand casting, and bed surface has been treated by middle frequency quenching treatment, which hardness is not less than HRC50, and hardening depth is deeper, so that it is benefit for secondary grinding machine tool.
The max feature of Machine tool bed is that it has strong rigidity, large bearing capacity, good stability. The carriage adopt gluing gum craft, and it has small dynamic and static coefficient of friction due to lubrication material, so it reduced the coefficient of friction between the carriage and bed so as to prevent crawing. And we design the lathe bed with arched door for back removing chips, and chips will be directly removed into oil plate, so it is easy to clean chip.
