Cartridges Heater with Stainless Steel Hose
Cartridge heater is also called cartridge heating element, pencil heater or resistance heater. Cartridge heater with flange is used to fix the cartridge heater to prevent from movement when use it. Fix a flange cartridge heater on the mold or metal part with screws.
Stainless steel hose can effectively protect the lead wire from scratched during operation and prevent problems such as short circuits. Lead wire with stainless steel hose is not recommended when installation space is limited.
In order to achieve good heating and temperature control effects, cartridge heaters are usually used with thermocouples .

Construction:
The heating wire is nickel-chromium alloy (Ni80Cr20), wounded on a magnesium oxide core with excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. Between the heating wire and the outer sheath is high purity magnesium oxide powder worked as insulation. The air inside is compressed by the machine to make it into a cartridge heater.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or trade company?
A: We are manufacturer for industrial heating elements and temperature sensor since 2007.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We located in Kunshan, Suzhou. It's around an hour drive from Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai, and one hour drive from Suzhou.
Q: How to ensure the quality of your cartridge heaters?
A: We have a complete QC system. Firstly, all the components purchased will be tested before using; Secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; some key factors (resistance value, current leakage etc.) will be tested in 4 procedures to ensure heating performance and safety. Last but not least, we'll inspect all details per the drawing after fully assembled.
Q: Can I get some samples to check the quality?
A: We can provide at MOQ 3pcs for quality evaluation with freight charged. You just need to pay a little deposit for further business. In the follow-up cooperation, we will return this deposit to you. You can decide whether to cooperate with us based on sample satisfaction. Courier will be used normally sample delivery.
Q: What's the sample lead time?
A: Samples are normally finished in 3-7 work days. Delivery to door by couier around 5-10 work days. (Delivered duty unpaid)
