Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are manufacturer based in Hebei, China with 14000sqm of factory area. We produce mold, plastic wares and wire cage for pets.

Q: What is your produce capacity?

A: We have a little over 100 manpower working 3 shifts on 14000sqm of factory area, our monthly capacity for feedings is 100,000. We have 8 persons working on R&D, 10 for QC, send over your UG/NX/PRO-E/CAD/3DMAX design files and let us help you.

Q: How about the shipping cost?

A: For small quantity you can choose any courier as you like for e.g.: FedEx, UPS, DHL. For large quantity we can recommend reliable container service or you can use your favorite forwarders.

Q: Can I get a detailed quotation?

A: Yes, please give us specifications of your considering item such as quantity, size, color, and packaging. We will quote the best price for you as soon as we can.

Q: How to get the samples?

A: We can provide 2 pcs samples for your testing. 

Q: Can you print my company logo?

A: Printing of logo need extra cost, please send your logo artwork to get quotation.

Q: What is your payment type?

A: T/T. 30% deposit in advance, 70% the balance against the original B/L copy.

Q: What is your FOB port?

A: Our factory locate in Hebei, we FOB Tianjin port.

Q: What is your delivery period?

A: Our leading time is normally within 3 weeks. 

Q: How about the Packing?

A: General pack = poly bag + inner box + master carton. Custom packaging is acceptable.

Q: How about your products certifications?

A: We use ONLY Food grade RAW materials and they are FDA&REACH certified. They can have direct contact with food and toxic free.

Q: How about your production/export experience?

A: We are manufacture factory with more than 10 years' experience in production and export. Our main partners are from Japan and US, we are highly trained to comply all the requirements to serve you better.
